Profile & Progress

Your Profile is the command center for everything about you as a learner: where you stand, what you have done, the words you have collected, the people you study with, and your account itself. Open Profile from the navigation — it remembers which tab you used last.

Progress

Where you stand. Immersive tracks comprehension and production separately, because understanding legitimately runs ahead of speaking and writing — that gap is the method working, not a problem. For each skill — Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking — you see your level alongside the evidence behind it: documents and words read, listening reviews, graded writing submissions, peer evaluations.

By domain. Rollups for each area — your decks (cards mastered, learning, new, and due now), your documents, your vocabulary, and your graded writing. Each row opens its surface.

Up next. What is actually waiting: due cards to review, words from this week not yet in a deck. When nothing is waiting, it says so.

New accounts see First steps instead: your starting level from onboarding and two concrete actions — open your first deck, and read something at your level.

Activity

Your study, added up — effort only, never judgment:

  • A heatmap of the last 12 months: one square per day, darker meaning more study, with your total study days, longest run, and current run.
  • The study log: your sessions and reviews, day by day, with a full log available.

Vocabulary

The words and sentences you have collected while studying — searchable, filterable, and one action away from becoming a deck. See Vocabulary.

Evaluate

After studying with a classmate, you can trade quick evaluations — one overall impression (Excellent, Good, or Getting there) plus an optional comment. It is a courtesy between learners, never a ranking.

  • Show my code displays a short code for your classmate to enter. Codes last 10 minutes and work once.
  • Enter a code from a classmate’s screen to evaluate them: pick an impression, add a sentence if you like, and send.

Evaluations you give and receive are listed on the tab, and spoken evaluations count as evidence on your Progress tab.

Teachers

If you study with a teacher, you can let them follow your progress — on your terms:

  1. Choose Create access code and pick exactly what it unlocks: Progress, Activity, and/or Vocabulary.
  2. Set an expiry (a week, a month, end of term, or none) and hand the code to your teacher.
  3. They claim it and see the parts you chose — read-only, never your account details.

Revoke any teacher’s access at any time; it ends immediately. Unclaimed codes can be cancelled.

Account

Everything administrative lives here:

  • Profile — name, profile picture, location, and gender.
  • Languages — the same grid as onboarding: what you speak, what you are learning, your level, and your display language. Change it any time.
  • Email and password — updating either asks for your current password.
  • Your data — Download your personal data emails you everything you have added, as a file, within a day.
  • Remove my account — deletes your account and all its data. This cannot be undone.
